How to spend a morning in Frome
Frome is a quirky market town in the South of England, known for its eclectic selection of cafes, shops, and historic buildings. Located just 30 minutes from Bath by car and public transport, it is the perfect spot to spend a morning.

Cheap Street, Frome
Start your morning with a visit to the independent coffee shop, Cafe Leat, halfway down Cheap Street, to pick up a coffee or sweet treat. You can dine in and soak up the atmosphere, or if the sun is shining, then sit out and watch the street bustle by. Alternatively, get your goodies to takeaway and head to the top of Cheap Street for a walk around the stunning Parish Church gardens.

Studio Neighbour
An independent, husband-and-wife-run homewares store, a.k.a. heaven. Tucked away down Cheap Street, you will find this gem of a store that captured Kate’s heart as soon as we entered. From the terracotta bowls, antique furniture, and beeswax candles, it’s impossible to walk away without bringing something home with you!
Hunting Raven Books
A Winstone’s book shop that has been a staple among Frome’s streets for over 40 years. Boasting a wonderful array of books for every member of the family, with over 9,000 titles, it wouldn’t be a trip to Frome without a quick mooch around. We have never left the store without at least one book in hand!

Raves From The Grave
You name it, they have it. An independent record store full of all your cult favourites, new releases and classics. Their collection runs deep, with not just the hit albums but a thorough discography across all genres. A guilty pleasure of ours, we find ourselves browsing the collection for hours at a time and buying into the latest trend of hard copy media. In our 14 months in the UK we’ve managed to pick up over 30 CDs and 15 vinyls…
